  Developer of Donation Tracking Software Created and updated PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, new functionality and client customizations for Pledgemaker (Clearview CRM) software. Performed custom ETL processes for new incoming clients. Developed business processes to address internal needs.

  Identified improvement areas of current reporting, including, but not limited to, SQL optimization, automation and historical data. Developed and maintained automated reporting system and data warehouse for CARE Organization. Continuous improvement of processes and new requirements as needed for reporting purposes using PL/SQL, VB .NET and Excel. Developed an automated scheduling system to perform the load processes as well as the standardized reporting, and track any load failures, allow re-running of processes and provide feedback on system or program issues for correction using PL/SQL, VB .NET and Excel VBA. Scheduling system is database driven and can handle thousands of reports a day if needed. I was responsible for the entire system development and maintenance. I provided team leadership of query optimization and database improvements as well as reporting requirements.

  Main task was to program reports in Visual Basic 6.0, Informix 4GL. This was data warehousing and reporting of various data sources. The technologies used were ADO, ODBC, SQL 7.0, VBA, INFORMIX, UNIX, Visual Basic 6.0, and Oracle8i. I assisted in corporate data warehouse development. I also helped with analysis of available systems to integrate into data warehousing structure. Data warehouse consisted of telephony, order system, email system and other database systems integrated into one single data warehouse. Primary duties were maintenance and improvement of processes and report development.
